CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All original tags and hygiene labels must remain attached. Please ensure the return is approved by our support team before sending it back. Once approved, the return must be shipped within 5 days. Returns sent after this period may be returned to you at your expense.

SALE ITEMS

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully. Additionally, any items purchased using a discount code are considered final sale.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

Pre-ordered items are specifically made to your order, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. Please be certain of your size before purchasing.

SUBMITTING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at info@alfiesmission.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will approve the return before you send it. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We highly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED? 

We aim to process your refund within 1 working day of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as they cover the cost of shipping the item to you.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted. Please ensure the items are still in pristine condition, how you originally received your item, with all tags and hygiene labels. 

International orders identified as "size checking and return" i.e ordering two of the same items in different sizes to check, will not be refunded, as we have limited stock on hand. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us at info@alfiesmission.com prior to ordering and we will help you with your sizing needs.

WHAT TO DO

Email info@alfiesmission.com with the details of your order including order # and style / size of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style & size of your desired replacement item.

Place items you wish to return in to a package and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Please also send an email to us with a tracking number once shipped. ALFIES MISSION PTY LTD is not responsible for lost shipments.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

We operate a strict quality control process at Alfie's Mission to ensure that each item is in pristine condition before sale. If however, there are any issues we apologise and without hesitation we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you. Please contact us at info@alfiesmission.com with your name, order number and the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours to organise an exchange.
