How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC

We offer free express shipping on Australian orders over $200. For orders under $200, there will be a flat rate fee of $9.95.

INTERNATIONAL 

All international orders are shipped express with DHL express and are charged at a flat rate, according to their destination. All prices are now inclusive of tax, import duties and VAT. No hidden fees on arrival.

We offer free express international shipping on orders over $600 AUD 

If you qualified for free express international shipping by spending over $600 AUD, but your partial return brings the total order value below this threshold, the standard express shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.

International returns for change of mind or sizing may be accepted subject to approval by our support team and compliance with our Returns Policy.

Where approved, all shipping charges, taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees and associated costs incurred by Alfie’s Mission will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

EU + UK + US TAXES & DUTIES

Our prices now include customs, VAT and duties. No hidden fees.

When will my parcel arrive?

We always work to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be picked and packed within a day of purchase.

All packages will be delivered to your address between 8am – 5pm. 

For domestic standard orders, your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days depending on location. 

For domestic express orders you can expect your parcel in 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES

UK and Europe express orders are arriving within 3-4 business days on average.

New Zealand express orders are mostly arriving within 2 business days.

USA and Asia Pacific express orders are estimated at 3-4 business days

You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, so you can track your parcel’s journey to you.

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

I haven’t received my tracking number – what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your email account – it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact – info@alfiesmission.com if you do not receive a tracking number.

To make sure your order reaches you and isn’t cancelled or delayed, please make sure that:

  • You use the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement
